Responsibilities & Context:
To make monthly build up wash production plan as per shipment schedules.
To make daily, weekly & monthly Wet process and Dry process production plan.
To make machine wise production plan and target given according to buyers, color and quantity and follow up the production.
Daily process wise target given of Dry process and follow up the production.
Make daily production planning and execute production of Wet and Dry process.
Take necessary action to control the bottle neck production in Wet and Dry process.
Prepare daily problem report & action plan against the problem.
Make style wise costing sheet and loss profit calculation.
To make Chemical budget according to Monthly production plan.
Arrange meetings & training with production concern people to increase productivity.
