Responsibilities & Context: Job Location: Gazipur Responsibilities: Manage overall Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities. Ensure products meet required quality standards and customer specifications. Monitor quality performance and reduce defects, rejection, and rework. Lead quality inspections and identify root causes of quality issues. Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Ensure compliance with SOP, quality standards, and customer requirements. Coordinate with Production, IE, Planning, and other departments to resolve quality issues. Prepare quality reports and present KPI/performance to management. Lead and develop the quality team through training and performance monitoring. Experience: Minimum 10 years Age: 30 years & Above Gender: Any
