IFL FACTORY LIMITED is a 100% Oriented Garments Industry looking for highly ambitious and careerist, experienced to work in the apparel division for this position.

Job Responsibilities:

Process Improvement

• Analyze existing workflows and identify inefficiencies.

• Design and implement improved processes to increase productivity.

Production Planning and Control

• Develop production schedules.

• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.

Quality Management

• Monitor product and process quality.

• Implement quality control methods and continuous improvement initiatives.

Time and Motion Studies

• Measure work performance and establish standard times.

• Eliminate unnecessary movements to improve efficiency.

Cost Reduction

• Analyze production costs.

• Recommend methods to reduce waste and improve profitability.

Facility Layout and Design

• Plan efficient factory or workplace layouts.

• Optimize material flow and workspace utilization.

Continuous Improvement

• Apply methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S.

• Drive ongoing improvements in quality, productivity, and efficiency.
