The incumbent requires to have 4 years bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering/ applied chemistry/ Chemistry from Public, Private or Oversees University.

• Understanding the processes of Compound making, IMEVA, Rubber Sheet, flip-flop & Life Style shoe making, including how different   formulations affect comfort, durability, and performance.

• Assist in setting and achieving production targets aligned with business metrics.

• Support daily, weekly, and monthly production planning and execution.

• Allocate manpower effectively based on machine capacity, materials, and production requirements.

• Work with the team to achieve targets while following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth and timely production flow.

• Ensure availability of synthetic/raw materials as per production plan.

• Monitor production quality and minimize rework through proper process control.

• Collaborate with Planning, QA, Maintenance, and PD teams to avoid disruptions on the production floor.

• Monitor production lines regularly to identify bottlenecks and take corrective actions.

• Maintain proper housekeeping, discipline, and efficient manpower utilization on the production floor.
