Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare and monitor daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on production capacity, orders and delivery requirements.
Conduct Industrial Engineering for FOOTWEAR production processes, including process time, productivity and capacity analysis.
Analyze machine capacity, manpower requirement and production efficiency for tanning, re-tanning and finishing section.
Develop and maintain production targets, capacity plans, machine-wise efficiency and productivity reports.
Monitor actual production against plan and identify production gaps, bottlenecks and capacity constraints.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Marketing, QC, Maintenance, Store and other relevant departments to ensure smooth production flow.
Prepare daily production reports, efficiency reports, capacity utilization reports and management dashboards.
Monitor WIP, production lead time and order status to ensure timely completion of production plans.
Support management in production forecasting, manpower planning and machine utilization.
Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks and recommend cost reduction initiatives.
Maintain proper IE and planning records, databases and MIS reports.
