Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage the overall Upvc pipe and fittings manufacturing operation.
Develop production plans to meet quality ,quantity ,cost and delivery targets.
Manage production ,maintenance,quality control,planning ,warehouse and supply chain teams.
Coordinate with sales and marketing to ensure production matches market demand and customer requirements.
Manage manpower,shift schedules, training , performance evaluation and departmental discipline.
