Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, quality control, ERP systems, and MS Office. Motivated, energetic, pro-active, driven to meet targets & ability to work independently. Ability to work under pressure & do multitasking. Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Expert on different report writing Good command of written and spoken English
Responsibilities & Context:
Generate new sales leads and achieve monthly/yearly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with corporate clients and retail customers.
Understand customer requirements to prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and finalize deals.
Monitor sales performance and direct-to-consumer (D2C) order processing.
Plan, schedule, and supervise daily factory production activities to maximize output and efficiency.
Ensure strict adherence to production schedules to guarantee on-time delivery of orders.
Implement and monitor quality control measures for raw materials and final product finishing.
Supervise, guide, and evaluate the performance of carpenters and factory production staff.
Manage raw material procurement, vendor selection, and cost negotiation to maintain optimal production costs.
Maintain regular inventory logs for raw materials and finished goods to minimize waste and stock outs.
Bridge the gap between the sales team and the factory floor to ensure smooth communication from order placement to final delivery.
Prepare and submit regular progress reports regarding sales performance and factory output to top management.
To perform any other duties assigned by the management.
To identify product quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.
To identify production and development challenges and resolve them timely.
To analyse product, production, and cost data for business decisions.
To identify product development, production and delivery challenges and resolve them in a timely manner.
