Experience:
Strong knowledge of QC laboratory practices and analytical techniques.
Hands-on experience with HPLC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, AAS, pH Meter and Viscometer.
Experience in in-process quality control within manufacturing environments.
Good understanding of GMP, quality systems, CAPA and root-cause analysis.
Experience in raw-material, packaging-material and finished-product testing.
Experience handling quality complaints, investigations and corrective actions.
Strong documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with Production, QA, R&D, Supply Chain and other cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel periodically to different manufacturing facilities.

Himalaya Wellness Bangladesh Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Executive - Quality Control to join our Operations team under a third-party payroll arrangement.
The role will support in-process quality control, laboratory analysis, quality documentation, complaint investigation, audit readiness and corrective action across Himalaya Bangladesh manufacturing facilities.
POSITION OVERVIEW

Travel Requirement: Periodic travel across four manufacturing facilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform in-process quality-control checks and verify compliance with approved manufacturing and quality requirements.
Operate and interpret pH meters, viscometers, UV-visible spectrophotometers, atomic absorption spectrophotometers and HPLC systems.
Conduct chemical analysis and coordinate microbiology and packaging-laboratory parameters.
Maintain accurate quality records, analytical results and controlled documentation.
Support packaging development and raw-material analysis for FMCG and personal-care manufacturing.
Investigate market complaints and coordinate with Production, Line QC and Store teams.
Support BSTI audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
Conduct root-cause analysis, CAPA, problem solving and quality-risk assessment.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
BSc or MSc in Chemistry or Applied Chemistry from a recognized university.
5–6 years of relevant experience in a multinational or reputable domestic personal-care/cosmetics organization, including at least 4 years in in-process quality control.
Practical knowledge of QC laboratory instruments and analytical methods.
Working knowledge of microbiology, packaging quality, raw-material testing, documentation, RCA, CAPA and risk assessment.
Strong analytical, communication and cross-functional coordination skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel across manufacturing facilities as required.
