• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Technical/Engineering

• Age 25 to 45 years

• Job Scheduling & Operations: Prepare daily job schedules and ensure the required compound supply (Black, bonding, valve) for processing sections.

• Batch & Process Control: Control compound batch weights, material weights, and mixing sequences strictly according to standards.

• Quality Assurance & Audits: Ensure product, process, and layout audits comply with IATF requirements using SPC and MSA tools.

• Lab Testing & Inspection: Oversee daily finished tyre hardness checks, compound testing, and lab data analysis.

• Defect & Technical Analysis: Manage technical reports, including cut tyre analysis, tread cut analysis, and material evaluations.

• Material & Stock Management: Monitor raw materials/chemical stocks, prepare critical lists, and raise commercial requisitions.

• Component Specification Control: Ensure the exact quality, gauge, and dimensions for all liners and bonding gums.

• Auxiliary Lab Duties: Prepare ATS solvent and test daily softener/boiler water in the absence of the Lab Assistant.

• Wastage & Reporting: Maintain precise records of compounds, waste, and sweep black while delivering daily and monthly closing reports.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Maintain active contact with the Plant Head, floor supervisors, lab, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
