Responsibilities & Context:

• Ensure adherence to quality standards by monitoring raw materials, production processes and finished goods to meet customer requirements and achieve zero defects and zero waste.

• Ensure quality testing and reporting of raw materials, monitor machine wise production process and verify finished goods before handover to the store.

• Ensure batch-wise electrode welding performance testing & analysis, maintain QC data record, coordinate annual product certification activities along with R&D for existing product improvement.

• Provide training, tools & techniques to team member of Production / QC / Sales department to maintain product quality standards to achieve Customer satisfaction and retain valued customer on NWEL product.

• Evaluate and resolve customer quality complaints through Customer site visit, take required actions to avoid product quality issue
