Experience:

• 2 to 4 years

• Bachelor/Honors
• Diploma

• Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Production Management, or a relevant discipline.

• Diploma holders with strong relevant experience may also be considered.

• Age At least 25 years

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures.

• Good understanding of garments accessories and manufacturing processes.

• Strong knowledge of product inspection and defect identification.

• Ability to read and understand product specifications and approved samples.

• Good knowledge of measurement, color, workmanship, appearance, and functionality inspection.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, 5 Why, and basic quality tools.

• Good documentation and reporting skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate effectively with Production, Merchandising, and Management teams.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Good computer knowledge, especially MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control.

• Experience in Garments Accessories, Textile, Apparel, Garment Factory, or Accessories Manufacturing will be highly preferred.

• Candidates with practical experience in accessories inspection and quality management will receive preference.

Asia Linkage is looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and quality-focused Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all garments accessories meet the company's quality standards and customer requirements from raw material inspection through production, finishing, packing, and final delivery.

Department: Quality Assurance (QA)

Reporting To: Quality Manager / Management

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control & Inspection

• Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and accessories according to approved specifications.

• Conduct in-process and final inspections of garments accessories.

• Ensure products comply with approved samples, specifications, measurements, colors, artwork, and customer requirements.

• Identify defects, quality issues, and deviations during production.

• Ensure proper inspection procedures are followed at every stage of production.

• Monitor product quality during production and take corrective action when required.

• Conduct final inspection before products are packed and dispatched.

• Maintain proper inspection records and quality reports.

Customer Requirements

• Review customer specifications, approved samples, technical requirements, and quality standards.

• Ensure production teams understand and follow customer requirements.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Design, and Marketing teams regarding quality requirements.

• Handle customer quality complaints and coordinate corrective actions.

• Support the team in preparing samples according to customer-approved standards.

Quality Improvement

• Identify recurring quality problems and investigate their root causes.

• Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

• Monitor corrective actions and ensure problems are properly resolved.

• Recommend process improvements to reduce rejection, defects, wastage, and customer complaints.

• Maintain continuous improvement of quality standards and production processes.

• Conduct regular quality reviews and provide improvement recommendations to management.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.

• Maintain inspection reports, rejection reports, defect analysis, and corrective action records.

• Monitor quality performance and identify trends.

• Maintain proper documentation of approved samples and specifications.

• Prepare quality-related reports for management and customers when required.

• Other garment accessories manufactured or supplied by the company
