Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee overall factory production and manufacturing operations
Plan and monitor daily,weekly and monthly production target.
Ensure product quality meets company standards and applicable specifications.
Monitor raw material consumption production yield,wastage and inventory.
Control production costs and improve operational efficiency.
Prepare and review production reports and efficiency report.
Identify production problems and take corrective preventive actions.
Upvc pipe and fittings manufacturing operations, including production planning, quality control,cost management ,manpower management ,machinery maintenance.
