Job Summary

Star Paradise Ltd. is looking for an experienced and skilled Injection Molding Operator for its manufacturing facility at Mawna, Gazipur. The selected candidate will be responsible for operating injection molding machines efficiently and ensuring smooth production with proper quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines as per production requirements.

• Set machine parameters and ensure proper machine operation during production.

• Handle mould changing, machine setting and basic troubleshooting when required.

• Monitor production quality and identify defects in molded products.

• Maintain required production quantity and quality standards.

• Ensure proper use of raw materials and minimize production wastage.

• Perform regular inspection of machines and report technical issues to the concerned supervisor/maintenance team.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the production area.

• Follow all company policies, production procedures and workplace safety rules.

• Maintain proper discipline and coordinate with the Production Supervisor and other team members.

• Prepare or provide necessary production information/reporting as instructed by management.

Educational Qualification

• Minimum SSC or equivalent.

• Technical education/training in Injection Molding, Plastic Technology or related field will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 3–5 years of practical experience as an Injection Molding Operator in a manufacturing industry.

• Candidates with experience in Electrical Products, Switch, Socket, Fan, Light or Plastic Components manufacturing will be preferred.

• Practical experience in machine setting, mould changing and basic troubleshooting will be highly valued.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of injection molding machine operation and production processes.

• Must have knowledge of primary machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

• Must have knowledge of mould maintenance, cleaning, inspection and basic mould-related troubleshooting.

• Ability to understand machine settings, mould requirements and production parameters.

• Good understanding of product quality and defect control.

• Ability to work under production targets and pressure.

• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline and punctuality.

• Ability to work effectively in a team.

• Willingness to work in shifts and overtime when required.
