- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance, preferably in the beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of beverage manufacturing processes and quality parameters.
- Practical experience in food safety management systems, HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.
- Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage a QC laboratory and lead a professional quality team
Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead and manage the Quality Control function for beverage production.
- Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained throughout raw materials, production, packaging, and finished products.
- Develop, implement, and monitor QC procedures, specifications, and testing protocols.
- Supervise laboratory operations, product testing, and quality analysis.
- Monitor compliance with HACCP, ISO, GMP, and food safety requirements.
- Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and production deviations and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D, Procurement, and other departments to maintain consistent product quality.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and quality records are maintained.
- Lead and develop the QC team and provide technical guidance and training.
- Support new product development, product improvement, shelf-life studies, and process validation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and food safety requirements.
