Position: QC Manager – Beverage

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quality Control function for beverage production.

• Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained throughout raw materials, production, packaging, and finished products.

• Develop, implement, and monitor QC procedures, specifications, and testing protocols.

• Supervise laboratory operations, product testing, and quality analysis.

• Monitor compliance with HACCP, ISO, GMP, and food safety requirements.

• Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and production deviations and implement corrective/preventive actions.

• Coordinate with Production, R&D, Procurement, and other departments to maintain consistent product quality.

• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and quality records are maintained.

• Lead and develop the QC team and provide technical guidance and training.

• Support new product development, product improvement, shelf-life studies, and process validation.

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and food safety requirements.

• Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance, preferably in the beverage industry.

  • Strong knowledge of beverage manufacturing processes and quality parameters.

  • Practical experience in food safety management systems, HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.

  • Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to manage a QC laboratory and lead a professional quality team.
