• 4 to 5 years

• The applicants should have experience in freight forwarding.

• Irrelevant industry shall not be considered.

• Proven experience in freight forwarding operations, with a focus on handling Air Freight and Ocean Freight Operation from Booking to Last mile Delivery.

• Strong networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships within the Shipping and Airlines industry.

• Knowledge of IGM and EGM Knowledge of working with Airport Operation Team on handling freight forwarders shipment (preferred)

• Proficiency in English (both written & spoken).

Responsibilities & Context:

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to determine pricing for freight forwarding services, ensuring competitiveness and profitability, if required.

• Check documents for Import shipment and ensure correct documentation for Import manifest submission, Send arrival notice and Invoice to the Customer, Issue Delivery Order.

• Keep Track of the shipments.

• Coordinate the entire export process e.g- Booking, BL preparation, SI submission, On time Pre-alert to relevant stakeholders, Invoice preparation etc.

• Maintain Daily Shipment Tracking record.

• Maintain proper correspondents with Customs, shipping line, C&F and other concerned offices whenever required.

• Visit Airport cargo village for operational follow up, if required
