𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼

•  Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

•  Manage fleet requisition, deployment, and resource allocation to support operational requirements.

•  Oversee logistics and package shipping activities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

•  Coordinate training programs and support workforce capability development.

•  Develop and optimize operational processes to improve productivity and service quality.

•  Manage radio communications and traffic flow for effective operational coordination.

•  Monitor fleet movement and track vehicle activities to ensure operational visibility and control.

•  Coordinate with relevant teams on accident and incident management to minimize operational disruptions.

•  Manage traffic operations and ensure compliance with transportation and safety standards.

•  Administer fleet operational expenses, including bill verification and cost control.

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿

• Graduate from any discipline

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics/transport

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Workspace

• Someone who can work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
