Position: Senior Associate/Executive – Night Shift Operations Lead, Central Sort Operations
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Job Summary

CarryBee Express Ltd. is looking for a responsible and experienced Night Shift Operations Lead to supervise and manage Central Sort Operations during the night shift. The selected candidate will be responsible for team management, parcel sorting and movement, timely dispatch, operational issue resolution, manpower planning, and ensuring smooth and efficient night-time operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage Central Sort Operations throughout the full night shift.

• Ensure proper parcel sorting, scanning, movement, handover, and dispatch.

• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of parcels within defined operational timelines.

• Monitor team performance, productivity, attendance, backlog, and overall shift activities.

• Allocate manpower effectively and ensure proper utilization of available resources.

• Manage operational challenges and make timely, appropriate decisions when required.

• Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams/persons for quick resolution.

• Maintain team discipline, productivity, accountability, and day-to-day operational performance.

• Support people sourcing and manpower planning based on operational demand and shift requirements.

• Prepare and share management reports on operational performance, dispatch status, backlog, and critical issues.

• Maintain effective communication and coordination with management and relevant cross-functional teams.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, operational standards, service quality requirements, and defined timelines.

• Take ownership of operational challenges and ensure proper follow-up until resolution.

• Maintain honesty, integrity, accountability, and professionalism in all operational activities.

• Perform any other operational responsibilities assigned by management.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree/Graduation in Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or any relevant discipline from a recognized university.

• BBA/MBA in Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field will be preferred.

Work Experience & Requirements

• Age Requirement: Age: 26–34 years

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in courier, logistics, e-commerce, delivery, warehouse, or related operations.

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team-lead role will be preferred.

• Candidates with relevant experience in the courier/logistics industry will receive preference.

• Good understanding of courier/logistics operations, parcel movement, sorting, and dispatch processes.

• Strong team management and leadership skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to handle operational challenges and work effectively under pressure.

• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage manpower and support people sourcing according to operational requirements.

• Honest, responsible, disciplined, proactive, and accountable.

• Comfortable working in a full night-shift environment.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and meet defined timelines.
