Experience:

• 5 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Inventory/Warehouse

• Bachelor/Honors

• Additional certification on Inventory or Warehouse Management is an advantage.

• Age 30 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills            

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills           

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines·        

• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and records              

• Have computer knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel              

• Have Negotiation skill, communication skill, supplier relationship management, analytical skill

• Capable to handle ERP Software will added advantage

• Supervise daily store and warehouse operation

• Ensure proper receiving, inspection, storage& issuance of materials and goods

• Maintain accurate inventory records

• Monitor stock level, temperature check and ensure optimum raw material and good’s availability.

• Conduct regular stock count

• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices and delivery notes.

• Inspect received goods for quantity and quality

• Supervise warehouse assistants and staffs

• Maintain stock register and warehouse documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
