Responsibilities & Context:

• Perform day-to-day accounting tasks including checking bills, vouchers, ledgers, general ledger, fixed assets, receivables, payables, and other accounting functions.

• Conduct Production Process Audit & Management Data Analysis

• Daily delivery check, local purchase, and purchase verification

• Maintain and prepare all types of financial books

• Maintain and prepare cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger, and other registers; prepare trial balance

• Prepare, maintain & enter bank-related transactions and perform reconciliations

• Prepare and review budget, revenue, expenses, payroll entries, and other accounting documents

• Follow up on existing bank service charges, interest, profit, etc.

• Maintain fixed assets register and prepare schedules

• Work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple tasks

• Ensure accounting accuracy for all transactions before month-end

• Receive requisitions and IOUs and follow proper processing

• Perform all other duties as assigned by management
