Job Responsibilities
Handling queries from clients, monitoring and communicate with clients for payment collection as scheduled.
Monitoring regular client’s over dues and follow up through Phone, SMS, Email etc.
Ensure monthly credit recovery target.
Visit clients for payment collection.
Maintain Documentation.
