To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • CA, CPA or ACCA qualification (or be working towards)

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in accounting, business services, outsourcing, or a professional services environment

  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting standards

  • Experience using accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar platforms

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

As a BSO Senior Advisor, you will work with a diverse portfolio of businesses, supporting their accounting, financial reporting, taxation compliance, payroll, and advisory needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of local and international clients

  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements and management reports

  • Assisting clients with accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and compliance requirements

  • Supporting tax compliance and advisory engagements

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members

  • Identifying process improvements and contributing to service excellence

  • Delivering high-quality client service across a range of industries
