We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced individual for the position of Executive – Store to join our Store Department. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in store management, inventory control, material receiving and issuing, stock monitoring, documentation, warehouse operations and ERP/system-based inventory management, preferably in an aluminium manufacturing or industrial environment.

Job Description:

  • Receive raw materials, spare parts, consumables and other materials against approved Purchase Order (PO) and Delivery Challan.

  • Verify quantity, specification and condition of received materials and coordinate with Purchase/QC where required.

  • Prepare and maintain GRN/MRN, Goods Receive, Issue and Return documents.

  • Maintain accurate stock records, bin cards, stock registers and ERP/software entries.

  • Ensure proper identification, coding, labeling and systematic storage of materials.

  • Maintain appropriate minimum, maximum, reorder and safety stock levels.

  • Issue materials to Production, Maintenance and other departments against approved Material Requisition/Store Requisition.

  • Maintain proper records of all inward and outward material movements.

  • Conduct regular physical stock counting and reconcile physical stock with system records.

  • Investigate and report any stock shortage, excess, damage or discrepancy.

  • Follow appropriate FIFO/LIFO principles wherever applicable.

  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly stock statements and inventory reports.

  • Monitor slow-moving, non-moving and obsolete items and report to management.

  • Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Maintenance, Accounts, QC and other departments for smooth material flow.

  • Ensure proper storage, housekeeping, safety and security of all materials.

  • Support internal/external audit by providing necessary store records and documents.

  • Maintain proper documentation for returnable/non-returnable materials and scrap items.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

  • Must be willing to work in rotational shifts (Day/Night) as per factory operational requirements.
