Must have hands-on experience in Oracle ERP and HRIS software. Strong knowledge of Budgeting, Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and data analysis. Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of VAT, Tax and applicable accounting regulations. Ability to prepare and analyze financial reports, aging reports and reconciliation statements. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Experience in FMCG/Manufacturing/Trading/Corporate environment will be an added advantage. ERP/HRIS implementation, system integration or process automation experience will be an advantage.

• Prepare, monitor and control departmental Budget and ensure effective utilization of financial resources.

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) activities, including invoice verification, payment processing, vendor reconciliation and timely settlement.

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including customer ledger monitoring, collection follow-up, aging analysis and reconciliation.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports related to Budget, Payable and Receivable.

• Monitor outstanding payables and receivables and ensure timely follow-up with relevant stakeholders.

• Perform bank, vendor and customer account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies, accounting standards and applicable laws.

• Coordinate with Procurement, Commercial, Sales, Supply Chain and other departments for smooth financial operations.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Support internal and external audit requirements.

• Maintain accurate financial records through Oracle/ERP and HRIS software.

• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
