• Age 24 to 32 years

• Prepare and monitor material requirement plans based on production plans, sales forecasts, demand patterns, and inventory positions.

• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Sales, and other relevant departments to ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials, spare parts, and other required items, as applicable.

• Analyze consumption trends, lead times, minimum stock levels, safety stock, reorder points, and replenishment requirements.

• Prepare purchase and replenishment plans and communicate material requirements to the Procurement team.

• Monitor inventory levels and identify potential stockouts, excess inventory, slow-moving items, and obsolete materials.

• Track purchase order status, supplier lead times, and expected delivery schedules to identify and mitigate supply risks.

• Maintain accurate planning data, item master information, material requirement records, and inventory parameters in the ERP/MRP system.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on material availability, inventory status, planning performance, and supply risks.

• Investigate material shortages, planning variances, and delivery delays and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.

• Support inventory optimization, working capital improvement, and reduction of excess or non-moving inventory.

• Participate in demand and supply review meetings and support continuous improvement in SCM processes.

• Ensure accurate data management and compliance with established supply chain procedures.
