Experience:

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chamber, Clinic, Diagnostic Centre, Healthcare Startup, Hospital, Physiotherapy center

• Diploma in Medical Technology

• Diploma in Medical Technology (Laboratory) from a recognized institution.
• B.Sc. in Health Technology (Laboratory), B.Sc. in Medical Technology (Laboratory), or an equivalent relevant degree will also be accepted.
• Relevant professional registration, where applicable)

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chamber, Clinic, Diagnostic Centre, Healthcare Startup, Hospital, Physiotherapy center

• Age 23 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Must have sound knowledge of laboratory procedures, specimen handling, and diagnostic testing.
• Must be familiar with laboratory equipment, quality control procedures, and biosafety protocols.
• Must demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Must have good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must be willing to work in shifts according to the duty roster.
• Must be available for immediate joining.
• Only male candidates are eligible to apply for this position.

Job Urgency: Emergency (Immediate Joining Required)

• Collect blood, urine, stool, sputum, and other body specimens from patients following established protocols.

• Properly label and store specimens to prevent contamination or mix-ups.

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests, including hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, serology, and pathology.

• Conduct laboratory tests accurately using standard equipment and reagents.

• Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and functionality of laboratory instruments.

• Identify and report technical issues or equipment malfunctions and take appropriate initiatives to resolve them.

• Accurately record test results and maintain proper laboratory documentation.

• Communicate test results clearly to doctors and relevant departments.

• Follow internal and external quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.

• Participate in laboratory audits and evaluations.

• Maintain cleanliness, sterility, and safety in the laboratory environment.

• Handle biohazardous materials and laboratory waste safely in accordance with established safety guidelines.

• Perform duties according to the assigned duty roster.

• Follow other instructions of the organization as required.
