Sound knowledge of LV distribution, protection, earthing, batteries and commissioning. Ability to prepare clear reports in Bangla and English. Must be willing to travel to project sites.
Skills & Expertise:
AutoCAD, PVsyst, HelioScope or equivalent design tools.
Technical submission preparation and BOQ estimation.
HSE and QA/QC enforcement on site.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary
INNOVATIO is looking for a dynamic Project Engineer to own solar engineering and project-quality control while coordinating specialist inputs for waste management and Retrike.
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Office Hours: 09:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
Conduct solar site surveys, load assessment, roof/shading assessment and preliminary structural screening.
Prepare PV/BESS sizing, layouts, single-line diagrams, BOQs, yield estimates, quotations and technical submissions.
Coordinate net-metering applications, protection, earthing, commissioning and handover documentation.
Technically evaluate modules, inverters, batteries, mounting systems and suppliers.
Supervise subcontracted installation crews and enforce HSE, QA/QC and warranty requirements.
Establish O&M schedules, asset records and service-ticket procedures.
Coordinate environmental, civil, process and PPP consultants for the Cumilla project, and support electrical integration for Retrike.
