Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain daily accounts, sales, purchases, and expense records.
Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment receipts.
Monitor customer payments, advances, and outstanding dues.
Manage supplier payments and purchase records.
Maintain cash flow and bank transaction records.
Prepare daily and monthly financial reports.
Track order-wise costs, expenses, and profit margins.
Maintain employee salary and payroll records.
Assist with VAT, tax, and audit documentation.
Ensure accurate financial records and report to management.
