Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Lead, train, and motivate the solar sales team.
Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
Promote solar PV systems and prepare commercial proposals.
Manage customer relationships, negotiations, and contract closures.
Coordinate with technical, engineering, procurement, finance, and project teams.
Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report results to management.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Ensure customer satisfaction and support after-sales activities.
Achieve sales revenue, gross profit, and collection targets.
