• Lead and coordinate the Software Development Team across frontend and backend development, providing technical guidance and support.
• Participate in client meetings with the Company Representative to understand business, functional, technical requirements, workflows, and project scope.
• Analyze requirements and prepare project plans by defining modules, features, development tasks, technical approach, and implementation priorities.
• Estimate required development effort, development hours/man-days, number and type of developers, technical resources, and realistic project timelines for Management’s costing and pricing decisions.
• Translate client requirements and approved UI/UX designs into clear technical specifications, development tasks, and implementation plans.
• Monitor development progress, resolve technical blockers, review source code, and ensure compliance with development, security, and coding standards.
• Remain hands-on with development when required and review application architecture, APIs, databases, integrations, and key technical decisions.
• Conduct technical reviews, functional testing, and requirement validation to ensure the final product meets approved requirements, scope, and UI/UX designs.
• Identify and report the impact of scope changes, technical risks, additional requirements, development effort, resources, and timeline to Management.
• Complete the final technical review, ensure project readiness for delivery, protect company/client source code and confidential information, and hand over completed projects to the General Manager/COO/CEO for client delivery.
