Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Prospect residential customers, apartment associations, dealers, and small commercial clients.
Qualify roof ownership, sanctioned load, electricity consumption, budget, and financing readiness.
Arrange engineering surveys and follow up on quotations.
Coordinate down payments, invoices, and FI documentation.
Develop and maintain the module-dealer network.
Track installation status, handover, warranties, referrals, and after-sales tickets, while maintaining collections follow-ups.
