- 3D & Animation: Autodesk Maya, Blender, Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony.
- Video Editing & Motion: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve.
- Graphics & Layout: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva.
Requirements:

Job Summary
INNOVATIO is seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphics Designer & Motion Graphics Creator to produce high-end visual content, 2D/3D animations, video edits, and branding materials across our renewable energy, infrastructure, and technology ventures.
Office Location: Banani DOHS, Dhaka
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Office Hours: 09:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics, visual effects, and animated videos for campaigns, investor pitch decks, and brand promotions.
Design social media creatives, capability statements, brochures, banners, and digital marketing assets.
Perform video editing, color grading, audio sync, and post-production for corporate and project showcase videos.
Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to translate complex engineering and project concepts into visually engaging digital media.
