Responsibilities & Context:

1. Installation & Commissioning – Install, test, and commission equipment at customer sites.

2. Maintenance & Repair – Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to keep machines/system running efficiently.

3. Troubleshooting – Identify technical faults and resolve electrical, mechanical, software, or system-related problems.

4. Customer Support – Respond to customer complaints, provide technical assistance, and ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Site Visits – Travel to customer locations for inspections, repairs, maintenance, and technical support.

6. Documentation – Prepare service reports, maintenance records, inspection reports, and other technical documents.

7. Spare Parts Management – Identify required spare parts and coordinate their replacement or procurement.

8. Safety Compliance – Follow company safety procedures, industry standards, and relevant regulations.

9. Technical Training – Train customers or operators on proper equipment operation and basic maintenance.

10. Coordination – Work with sales, production, engineering, and other departments to resolve technical issues.

11. Equipment Improvement – Identify recurring problems and recommend improvements to equipment or service procedures.

12. Follow-up – Monitor completed service work and ensure problems have been properly resolved.

13. Design & Drawing: Capable of understanding desing and drawing with competancy of AutoCAD.
