• Ability to operate shooting equipment independently and work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
• Willingness to attend indoor and outdoor shoots and travel when required.

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled professional to produce high-quality video content for digital marketing, promotional campaigns, social media, and corporate communications. The candidate must have practical expertise in professional video shooting, camera equipment and accessories, and video editing, with the ability to manage the entire production process from planning and shooting to final editing and delivery.

• Operate professional DSLR and mirrorless cameras and capture high-quality video footage using appropriate camera settings, lenses, and accessories.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of ISO, shutter speed, aperture, white balance, frame rates, exposure, composition, and cinematic shooting techniques.
• Independently set up, balance, calibrate, and operate motorized gimbals, such as DJI Ronin or equivalent systems, for smooth and stable footage.
• Demonstrate practical expertise in handling tripods, monopods, camera cages, external monitors, sliders, and other camera peripherals.
• Capture creative B-roll footage and use effective camera movements and visual storytelling techniques.
• Set up and operate lighting equipment, including LED lights, softboxes, reflectors, and key, fill, and backlighting arrangements.
• Record clear audio using wireless microphones, shotgun microphones, external audio recorders, and related accessories.
• Shoot promotional videos, corporate videos, interviews, events, and engaging social media content.
• Edit videos using professional software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.
• Perform color correction and grading, audio synchronization, noise reduction, sound enhancement, transitions, subtitles, and other post-production tasks.
• Create motion graphics, animated titles, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects or equivalent software.
• Produce engaging short-form videos and reels for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Understand video formats, aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, and 1:1), resolutions, codecs, and export settings for different digital platforms.
• Organize footage and project files, maintain backups, ensure proper equipment maintenance, and deliver completed projects within deadlines.
• Any other tasks assigned by management related to the core responsibilities of the position.
