Experience:
MBBS degree from a recognized medical college/university.
Valid registration with the Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BMDC).
Relevant experience in IPD, ward management, or hospital-based clinical practice will be preferred.
Good clinical assessment, decision-making, and patient management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and compassionate approach toward patients and attendants.
Ability to work under pressure and respond appropriately to urgent clinical situations.
Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, punctuality, and professional ethics.
Willingness to work according to assigned duty rosters, including night duties when required.
Must be committed to maintaining patient privacy, confidentiality, and the hospital's religious, ethical, and institutional values.

"Female Medical Officer (IPD)
Provide comprehensive medical care to admitted female patients in the In-Patient Department, ensuring timely assessment, treatment, and continuous monitoring of patients’ clinical conditions.
Conduct regular ward rounds, evaluate patients’ progress, review investigation reports, and modify treatment plans in consultation with senior physicians when required.
Monitor patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses, and promptly identify and escalate any deterioration or clinical complications.
Review and ensure appropriate implementation of prescriptions, investigations, medications, and treatment plans as directed by consultants and senior physicians.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient case sheets, progress notes, treatment records, investigation reports, and other required medical documentation.
Coordinate effectively with consultants, nursing staff, diagnostic departments, pharmacy, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth and continuous patient care.
Respond appropriately to urgent medical needs of admitted patients and take necessary immediate measures within the scope of duty, while promptly informing the concerned consultant or senior medical authority.
Communicate professionally with patients and their attendants regarding treatment progress, investigations, medical instructions, and other relevant aspects of patient care.
Handle patient or attendant concerns related to treatment and care professionally and refer matters requiring further decision or intervention to the appropriate authority.
Ensure strict compliance with hospital policies, clinical protocols, SOPs, infection prevention measures, patient safety standards, and applicable healthcare regulations.
Supervise and provide necessary clinical guidance to junior healthcare staff in matters related to patient care and ward management.
Identify and report difficulties or deficiencies affecting patient care to senior management and provide practical recommendations for improvement.
Perform other clinical and departmental duties assigned by the hospital authority in accordance with institutional policies and professional responsibilities.
