Education:

• MBBS or equivalent degree from any Medical College or Institute recognized by BMDC with one year of Internship Training and Valid Registration from the BMDC.

• Candidates with relevant experience as a Medical Officer in a recognized hospital will be given preference.

• Age At most 32 years

• Candidate must be non-smoker.

• Maximum age: 32 years on application deadline.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care and clinical management to patients.

• Assess patients, take medical history, conduct physical examinations, and formulate appropriate treatment plans.

• Monitor patients’ clinical conditions and ensure timely intervention when required.

• Maintain accurate and updated patient records, treatment notes, and medical documentation.

• Coordinate with consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for effective patient management.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical protocols, infection prevention measures, and patient safety standards.

• Perform emergency duties and other responsibilities assigned by the authority.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Ability to handle emergency and critical situations.

• Good knowledge of medical ethics, patient safety, and infection control.

• Willingness to work in shifts, including night duties, where applicable.
