Salary: Tk. 24000 - 25000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Physiotherapy center, Diagnostic Centre, Clinic, Chamber, Healthcare Startup

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Physiotherapy center, Diagnostic Centre, Clinic, Chamber, Healthcare Startup

• Age 24 to 45 years
• Only Female

MBBS degree from a recognized medical college/university.

Valid registration with the Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BMDC).

Relevant hospital/clinical experience will be preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.

Ability to make quick and appropriate decisions in emergency situations.

Willingness to work on a roster basis, including night and emergency duties when required.

Must maintain patient confidentiality and comply with professional and hospital policies.

Must be responsible, punctual, sincere, and capable of working effectively as part of a team.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with hospital management software will be an advantage.

1. Provide medical consultation, assessment and treatment to patients in OPD and hospital wards.

2. Take detailed patient history, perform physical examinations and prepare appropriate treatment plans.

3. Attend to female patients with professionalism, empathy and respect for privacy and confidentiality.

4. Monitor admitted patients’ clinical condition and provide necessary medical care.

5. Review investigation reports and correlate clinical findings for proper diagnosis and management.

6. Prescribe medicines and other treatments appropriately according to standard medical practice.

7. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and initiate necessary emergency management.

8. Refer patients to consultants/specialists whenever required and coordinate follow-up care.

9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records, prescriptions and clinical notes.

10. Coordinate with nurses, laboratory, diagnostic and other departments to ensure quality patient care.

11. Participate in ward rounds, duty rosters and other assigned clinical responsibilities.

12. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection-control practices and patient-safety protocols.

13. Communicate effectively with patients and attendants regarding diagnosis, treatment, investigations and follow-up.

14. Perform any other clinical duties assigned by the hospital authority.
