1. Overall responsibility of Modern Kitchen all activities.

2. Collect daily meal from as per requirement from HRIS software.

3. Overall responsibility of making prescribe food menu and maintain proper food safety, hygiene and quality as per company policy.

4. Give instruction to kitchen staff kitchen staff for cooking prescribe food menu as per approval.

5. Monitor daily cooking process and follow up kitchen staff, helper and cleaner work and provide necessary instructions.

6. Plan next day material purchase requirement which is collect from chef and confirm purchase by purchase supervisor.

7. Preserve all voucher or memo and prepare bill top sheet regularly and send it to account department on time.

8. Communicate all supporting department and solve all pending issues on time.

9. Maintain regular communication with the admin team, follow instructions, and report important issues and operational problems.

10. Support the planning and execution of Family Day, Food Festival, Ifatar Mahfil, Sports, meeting, and other corporate programs.

11. Ensure proper food safety management, hygiene and housekeeping and 5s in store, kitchen area and follow up proper compliance.

12. Prepare monthly report and compare entry and maintance of store material and follow FIFO.

13. Generate innovative idea and implement in modern kitchen for development.

14. Collect necessary cash amount from account department and submit adjustment bill right time.

15. Follow up and manage all unexpected situation of Modern Kitchen.
