Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and update organizational structures, organograms, job descriptions, and manpower plans.
Design, implement, and monitor KPI and performance management systems.
Coordinate performance appraisals, analyze KPI results, and identify performance gaps.
Develop and review HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance.
Facilitate succession planning, competency assessments, and organizational development initiatives.
Lead the team and collaborate with business units to improve organizational effectiveness and ensure policy compliance.
Manage disciplinary proceedings, including show-cause notices, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
