Experience in one or more of the following: E-commerce, F-commerce, Customer Service, Fashion/Clothing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Data Entry, and WordPress CMS.
Responsibilities & Context:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and convert conversations into sales.
Follow up with potential leads to meet sales targets and ensure excellent after-sales support
Process orders across all platforms, manage delivery portals, and resolve shipping issues.
Maintain accurate stock updates and possess deep knowledge of product variations.
Actively drive retail and bulk orders, utilizing effective promotional strategies to maximize sales.
Execute content marketing initiatives, analyze performance reports, and share actionable insights.
Hands-on knowledge of modern AI tools, digital marketing platforms, and emerging tech trends.
Exhibit a target-driven, problem-solving mindset and collaborate effectively for the company's ultimate success.
Support brand consistency across the website, marketplaces, and social media pages.
Assist in developing photoshoot themes, mood boards, and shoot coordination, and select the best photos for product listings and campaigns.
Plan and execute promotions, festive campaigns, and flash sales and share results with the team.
