Working experience on the same post in Lithium battery factory.
Responsibilities & Context:
Assembly and Manufacturing: Build battery cells, modules, and packs, and operate production machinery such as welders, coating machines, and cell-stacking equipment.
Testing and Quality Control: Conduct capacity, charge-retention, discharge, and resistance tests using tools like multimeters, load banks, and thermal chambers.
Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Analyze data from Battery Management Systems (BMS) and inspect flagged batches to isolate cell faults, voltage drops, or thermal issues.
Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance, component replacements, and field service repairs on energy storage systems or electric vehicle powerpacks.
Data Recording and Compliance: Log production metrics, track maintenance history, and strictly enforce safety and cleanroom protocols regarding high-voltage and chemical hazards.
Engineering Support: Assist design and R&D engineers with prototyping, process improvements, and component testing.
