Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
2–5 years of experience in site administration or construction projects
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Experience in material management is an advantage
Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor daily site activities and overall project progress
Maintain and update material records (inward/outward stock, usage tracking)
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and suppliers
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
Track manpower attendance and equipment usage
Ensure proper documentation of drawings, approvals, and site instructions
Support project manager with administrative and technical tasks
Maintain project filing system (soft & hard copies)
Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
Work under pressure
