Salary: Tk. 180000 - 190000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Battery, Storage cell

• SSC
• HSC
• Diploma in Mechanical

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Battery, Storage cell

• Age 16 to 60 years

Need working experience on the same post in a battery factory.

• Assembly and Installation: Build, install, and connect battery packs, cells, and terminals in labs, plants, or service centers.

• Testing and Diagnostics: Monitor charge-discharge cycles, measure voltage and capacity, and run climate-chamber or stress tests.

• Troubleshooting and Repair: Identify faults in battery management systems (BMS), replace damaged cells, and fix cables.

• Safety and Compliance: Handle hazardous chemical components and high-voltage systems strictly following safety rules.

• Documentation: Log maintenance histories, track inventory, and write technical service reports.

• Equipment Setup and Calibration: Prepare, adjust, and calibrate automated production machinery (such as mixing, coating, pasting, or stacking machines).

• Production Execution: Run and monitor industrial control systems to manufacture positive/negative plates, separators, and battery casings.

• Quality Control: Inspect output products on the assembly line to catch defects, reduce rejects, and maintain design specs.

• Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning, minor tune-ups, and basic repairs on factory machines to prevent downtime.

• Safety Monitoring: Follow operational guidelines for industrial machinery and report safety risks in the workflow.
