Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 40 years
Strong command of Bangla language, literature and grammar, with clear pronunciation.
Good working English for school communication.
Basic computer skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, online classroom tools).
Patient, creative and good at engaging children, with good moral character.
Having basic knowledge on Child Psychology.
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan and teach Bangla language and literature for assigned classes.
Develop students’ grammar, composition, comprehension, creative writing, recitation and speaking skills.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets and assessments, and maintain student records.
Use interactive, student-centred teaching methods, including digital tools.
Organise Bangla debates, recitation and cultural programmes, including the observance of 21 February and 26 March.
Monitor student progress, provide remedial support and report to parents.
