Responsibilities & Context:
Keystone Overseas is looking for confident, well-spoken, and motivated female candidates to join our team as Part-Time Student Counselor & Lead Generation Executives.
This opportunity is ideal for university students who want to earn alongside their studies, develop professional communication skills, and gain practical experience in the education consultancy and overseas education industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to prospective students and interested leads.
- Generate new leads through phone calls, social media, referrals, and other relevant channels.
- Communicate with students interested in studying abroad and provide basic information about available study opportunities.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, study preferences, and overseas education goals.
- Collect and record prospective students' names, contact details, academic information, and interests.
- Follow up with interested students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Schedule counseling sessions and connect qualified leads with the senior counselor or consultancy team.
- Assist with Facebook page inquiries, Messenger communications, and basic social media engagement.
- Maintain daily call records, lead lists, follow-up schedules, and activity reports.
- Update the company's lead database or CRM system regularly.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective students and their families.
- Meet daily calling, follow-up, and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the team to support student recruitment and business development activities.
Educational Requirements
- Minimum HSC passed.
- Currently enrolled in a university, college, or other recognized educational institution; running students are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from any academic background may apply.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to speak politely and confidently.
- Good conversational skills in Bangla; basic English communication skills are an advantage.
- Comfortable making daily phone calls and communicating with unfamiliar people.
- Ability to convince, engage, and maintain professional relationships with prospective students.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, computers, WhatsApp, Facebook, Google Sheets, or Microsoft Excel.
- Responsible, punctual, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to learn about overseas education, university admissions, and student counseling.
- Ability to manage work responsibilities alongside academic commitments.
Additional Advantages
- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, sales, student counseling, or lead generation.
- Experience managing Facebook pages or communicating with customers online.
