• Master of Arts (MA) in English, Education
• Master of Science (MSc) in Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Mathematics
• University of Dhaka,Patuakhali Science and Technology University,Jahangirnagar University,Barisal University,Rajshahi University students will get preference

• 7 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School

• Age At most 45 years

• Excellent command of English and Bangla.

• Strong leadership, decision-making and people-management skills.Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

• Experience with CAIE programmes and examinations.

• Knowledge of the NCTB English Version is an advantage.

• High personal integrity and commitment to Islamic values and student character building.

• Lead and monitor delivery of the Cambridge curriculum (Primary, Lower Secondary and IGCSE/O Level) alongside the Islamic and Hifz components.

• Supervise teaching and learning through lesson observations, learning walks and feedback.

• Coordinate assessments, examination schedules, result analysis and Cambridge exam registration.

• Mentor, appraise and develop teachers through regular training and performance reviews.

• Manage timetabling, teacher allocation, substitution and attendance monitoring.

• Maintain student discipline, welfare and character development.

• Communicate with parents and resolve concerns professionally.

• Prepare academic reports and improvement plans for the Principal.

• Deputise for the Principal in their absence.
