• Ability to lead and supervise kitchen staff, service crew, and cashiers effectively.

• Willingness and flexibility to work in rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays).

• Prior experience in hospital cafeteria, restaurant, or F&B operations will be given strong preference.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily cafeteria shift operations to ensure smooth and efficient food service for patients' attendants, doctors, and hospital staff.

• Oversee kitchen staff, cashiers, and service crew, ensuring prompt and courteous customer service.

• Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards according to hospital guidelines.

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any operational issues swiftly during the shift.

• Monitor daily stock levels of food items, manage inventory, and coordinate reordering as needed.

• Ensure accurate cash handling, daily sales reporting, and proper shift handovers.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline, OR Running University Students (Comfortable with managing shift duties alongside studies).

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 3 year(s) of practical working experience in Cafeteria, Restaurant, Food Court, or Hotel F&B management.

• Prior experience in team supervision and customer-facing roles is mandatory.
