Responsibilities & Context:
Lead overall mechanical and electrical maintenance operations across the rice plant.
Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans for equipment.
Ensure operational reliability of milling machinery, utilities, and electrical systems.
Minimize equipment breakdowns and production downtime through proactive maintenance strategies.
Supervise maintenance teams, ensuring effective troubleshooting and timely equipment restoration.
Oversee maintenance of motors, electrical panels, automation systems, and power distribution.
Optimize maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and equipment lifecycle costs.
Coordinate equipment installation, commissioning, modifications, and engineering improvement projects.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety, industrial standards, and maintenance procedures.
Develop technical capabilities, monitor maintenance KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
