Education:
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial & Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any other relevant field.

  • Age 22 to 28 years
  • Basic understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM), inventory control, and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) principles.

  • General familiarity with manufacturing, warehousing, and procurement workflows.

  • Fundamental understanding of data management and record-keeping.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong data analysis capabilities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.

  • Effective time management, task prioritization, and attention to detail.

  • A methodical approach to tracking material movement schedules.

  • A proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset, with eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

  • Integrity, reliability, and accuracy in handling information.

  • Basic leadership and interpersonal coordination capabilities.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist in monitoring raw material (RM) and packaging material (PM) inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.

  • Gather, organize, and analyze production planning and material consumption data for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.

  • Facilitate the receipt and issuance of raw materials, packaging materials, local materials, and project materials.

  • Coordinate with procurement and user teams to track delivery schedules and incoming material receipts.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and material master data in SAP/ERP systems and Excel files.

  • Participate in routine physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation audits.

  • Support material requirements planning and continuous improvement initiatives across materials planning and supply chain workflows.

  • Ensure the safe and secure storage of materials and maintain safety and quality standards during material loading, unloading, inspection, and issuance.

  • Perform SAP/ERP operations related to planning and warehouse management.
