Additional Requirements:
  • Age 20 to 28 years
  • Candidates must be recent graduates or students who have completed all academic coursework and are awaiting internship completion

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, unit operations, fluid mechanics, and chemical process engineering principles.

  • Foundational knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), industrial safety, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and familiarity with Google Workspace.

  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with plant utilities, including HVAC, power distribution, and industrial water systems, will be an advantage.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

  • High attention to detail, effective time management, and a proactive learning mindset.

  • Willingness to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment and comply with all PPE and EHS requirements.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and standardizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process log sheets, and operational checklists for toothpaste compounding and filling operations.

  • Develop and update Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) for oral care manufacturing and packaging processes.

  • Prepare and maintain equipment inventories, technical specifications, and equipment-related documentation.

  • Support documentation and checklist development for water treatment and storage systems, HVAC, power substations, and diesel generator systems.

  • Assist in developing cleaning and sanitization procedures for water systems and manufacturing lines.

  • Support shop-floor visual management initiatives, including visual tags, process flow arrows, pictorial SOPs, safety signage, and PPE matrix boards.

  • Assist in Job Safety Analysis (JSA) reviews, equipment qualification documentation (IQ/OQ), and EHS compliance activities.

  • Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and support operational excellence.
